Associate was friendly but unfamiliar with procedures. Said that he would later get help. Left me feeling very uncomfortable. If an employee is not properly trained, someone should be overseeing him.

Great service. The door on the box came unhinged and had to be restapled so items didn`t fall out, but the UHaul staff was very helpful with regards to this mishap.
