My reservation specified 15,000 in insurance, but the contract said only 5,000. I then spent 3 hours on the phone with a multitude of people who all said they couldn`t fix that.

The storage unit was to small there,so i rented a unit elsewhere!I was called and she said my storage unit rent was late!!!I Didn`t rent one!!!They need to get it together!!!!
