Staff is unhelpful, rude, and ignorant of their own policies. You have to wait for service every time you go in, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

transfer and lose pre-paid rent. broken handles, store refused to insure. random ppl have uhaul lock key and donot check in. hallway light broken. BURLINGGAME STORE DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE
