Iarrived on9/29 before 9PM as I was told the day before that the facility was open until 9 PM.Also I would not have rented a U-haul van,had I known I would have to store the items with a relative.

Whoever is doing the reservation should inform clients better of location hours before reserving a storage unit for someone.

This is the second review that I have sent in besides an e-mail that I have sent seperately. The facility was fine. It was hard to open the door to the unit. The help I received was great.
