The storage facility is very clean, cool, and dry. Management was very friendly but they are short staffed, so it takes a bit longer than expected to get through paperwork there.

The facility is very nice, clean and my unit is very easy to get to. Carts are always available. The people that run the facilty are very friendly, accommodating. The price is right too!

I tried to call them four times (as directed) and never received a call back until after I was supposed to move in. They sounded angry that I hadn't showed up. I ended up getting one on my own.
