Staff unclear on the shipping process.1 hour late for delivery had to pay movers.2 items damaged by the forklift.Now have to go through the claims process to get reimbursed to repair these items.

Disorganized, hour late, impossible to get hold of. Their driver got completely lost despite his GPS and me calling 3 times to give him the address. The department must be understaffed.

U-box was quoted to be delivered in 10 business days, but I was told that it would arrive within 3. the box was hard to track and I was never sure if/when my things would arrive.
